Will Smith Wins Damages in Hitler Case
Will Smith has won a court case against a news agency which accused him of praising Adolf Hitler.
The actor has received an apology and damages from the World Entertainment news Network (WENN), which published an article titled: “Smith: Hitler Was A Good Person” in December.
Smith’s solicitor Rachel Atkins, told London’s High Court the article was “deeply distressing” to the star and had caused him “acute embarrassment”.
