Tracked down by TMZ, the platinum blond-bobber who bats fake eyelashes is making the most of his 15 minutes of fame, saying of Britney: “She’s a national treasure … I think people need to let Britney do drugs, they need to let people hit people with cars. She’s Britney Spears!”
