Troubled star and Hollywood offspring Tatum O’Neal stopped on the streets of New York City Wednesday and gave a heartfelt and impromptu press conference to paparazzi and journalists who quizzing her about her recent drug arrest. The 44-year-old actress told them, “Every day is a great day if I’m not using.”
