Shia LaBeouf will not be charged with drunk driving for his involvement in a traffic accident that badly injured his hand, but he faces having his license suspended because sheriff’s officials said he refused to submit to a breathalyzer test following the crash.
The D.A.’s office said there was insufficient evidence to charge LaBeouf with a DUI, but the DMZ wants to get in on the act and smack his (good) hand over a technicality.
