Miss Congeniality Sandra Bullock is finally a mommy! Sort of. While her husband Jesse James’ ex-wife is doing time in the slammer, Sandra will be the full-time stepmom for James’ 5-year-old daughter, Sunny.

But Pethouse Pet Janine Lindemulder is pissed that Bullock will be raising her daughter. After her arraignment in Oregon, a source tells the National Enquirer that Janine sent Jesse a snarky text message from her cell phone which read: “U WIN. Sandra has her baby…congrats.”
