Disney has confirmed that their superstar Miley Cyrus has been pulled from her first scheduled public appearance at Disneyworld. As a result of the bad publicity over the Vanity Fair partially nekked photo shoot – and maybe the skanky pics of her pulling up her shirt to show her bra – the Mouse House will not let Miley walk the red carpet with Mickey and Minnie.
