Michelle Williams: Too “Tacky” For Her to Accept Ledger’s Awards
The late Heath Ledger is expected to be nominated – and win – a slew of awards for his fantastic performance as the Joker in “The Dark Knight.” But who will pick up the awards for him? It won’t be Michelle Williams, the mother of his child, Matilda.
Her publicist told TMZ that ”no discussions have been made for Michelle to accept any award, nor are there any plans to take part” in any awards ceremony, including the Critics Choice, Golden Globe or Academy Awards.
