Is Mariah Carey really serious about getting pregnant? The National Enquirer is reporting “exclusively” that she and hubby Nick Cannon have gone in for a little help: they were recently seen coming out of a Beverly Hills fertility clinic.

With their first wedding anniversary approaching on April 30, friends say the couple is hoping to have a child as soon as possible. “Mariah and Nick are trying anything and everything to conceive,” says an insider.
