The snooty 5-star Carlton Hotel in Cannes has pissed off Madonna royally and she’s not about to pay her hefty hotel bill after she found out a camera crew had filmed in her suite. The singer was in town for the Film Festival last week and was shocked when footage of her hotel room appeared on French television.
