Saying he’s not a controlling father but just a manager that works seven days a week, 24/7, papa Joe Simpson says he hearts his new son-in-law Pete Wentz who got daughter Ashlee preggers and thinks pro athlete Tony Romo - who Jessica is try to land - is just a “good kid”.
Joe just wants everyone to know he’s not the controlling father he’s made out to be: “The media says that I try to plan everything - If I had half of the power they give me…They [Ashlee and Jessica] don’t call me and ask me. They call me and tell me,” he tells Extra.
