Did Heath Ledger Take Method Acting Too Far?
Heath Ledger was urged by friends to get help during the filming of the Batman movie ‘The Dark Knight’ because he was too wrapped up in the character he played. The late actor became so involved it affected his mood, sleep, and relationships. A source told Fox News that on the set, “Heath refused to talk to anyone out of character. If you tried to communicate with him normally instead of The Joker, he would just ignore you. He would often come to the set to hang out even on his days off, freaking everyone out.”
