Christian Bale’s Close Call on Batman Set
Christian Bale says he was thisclose to losing his pretty head by rotor blades of a helicopter on the set of the new Batman movie. The star narrowly avoided a grisly death when the plunging chopper missed him by just feet.
He says he didn’t realize just how close it was on location at Chicago’s Sears Tower until he noticed the shocked expressions on the faces of crewmembers.
