Lauren Conrad Ready to Jump Off The Hills Gravy Train
Even being paid $75,000 an episode isn’t enough to keep Lauren Conrad interested in doing MTV’s ‘The Hills’ for much long. She explains to Extra: “It’s coming to a point where I love this show so much, but I’m ready to kind of walk away. I’ve been doing it for five years now. Five years on TV is a really, really long time.”
Because five years at the same job is like, really, really long for a 22-year-old. After all, she’s doing a scripted TV gig where all you do is air kiss and make up with Heidi (or not) and ramble on vacuously about fashion!

But co-host Joy Behar – who’s motto is “attack all guests” – wasn’t buying what she was selling. Instead, she took her shots by ripping into the heiress and labeling her a convicted felon – which Paris is not.
It’s one of those mysterious things, why the vapid show “The Hills” is so popular. America Ferrera and other stars have wondered about it, and now Oscar-winning actress Charlize Theron has put in her two cents worth, observing – “It’s about nothing!”
Demi Lovato’s upcoming Disney Channel TV show is called Sonny With A Chance, reports Spanish magazine Para Todos.
Five reality-show hosts opened the lamest Emmy Awards show in history Sunday night but it wasn’t so bad after all. As it turns out – there was no TV viewing audience tuned in to watch the live trainwreck.
