Billie Jean Jackson has filed a lawsuit in Los Angeles against singer Michael Jackson in which she alleges that she is the biological mother of the singer’s third child, Prince Michael Jackson II, aka Blanket.
The woman demands $1 billion in “support” payment and joint legal and physical custody of the six-year-old, according to the legal documents obtained by Extra!

InTouch Weekly is reporting that Michael Jackson IS gravely ill – and not just faking it to get out of appearing in court. He’s alleged to be ill with Alpha-1 Antitrypsin Deficiency and a load of other stuff.
Ian Halperin, an investigative journalist tells the magazine: “He’s had it for years but it’s gotten worse. He needs a lung transplant but may be too weak to go through with it.He also has emphysema and chronic gastrointestinal bleeding, which his doctors have had a lot of trouble stopping. It’s the bleeding that is the most problematic part. It could kill him.”

An Arab prince, the son of the King of Bahrain, is suing the King of Pop for $7 million in a London court. He says Michael Jackson made an agreement for a recording deal and Jacko was going to revive his career by doing songs written by the prince. The prince paid an advance – but Jackson is claiming the money was a gift.
Sheikh Abdulla Bin Hamad Bin Isa Al-Khalifa says he feels betrayed. He claims he built Jackson a recording studio at Neverland, and paid an advance for two albums, a stage show and an autobiography.

What did the weird one, who fled the US after beating child sex charges and went to Bahrain to hang out while dressed in a birkha then wanted to buy an Irish castle so he could set up a theme park featuring magical drunken little leprechauns, agree to do to save his beloved Neverland ranch? TMZ is theorizing that the guy who bailed out Neverland from the auction block did so with the intent of putting Michael Jackson on the Sin City stage.

Troubled pop star Michael Jackson is close to losing his fabled Neverland Ranch this month because he failed to make mortgage payments on it, and now it’s been revealed his parents’ and siblings’ Encino home is also in jeopardy.
According to gossip columnist Janet Charlton, “the family compound has narrowly avoided foreclosure several times before,” and mortgage payments were made “at the LAST minute” this time as well.

The sprawling 2,800-acre compound known as Neverland, which represented the world of Michael Jackson during his Peter Pan fantasy year, is due to hit the auction block on March 19. The grounds include zoo cages, a miniature steam train and a ferris wheel. Jackson wants it back but no one will give him the $25 million he needs to pay off loans made against the property.

Michael Jackson is reportedly getting $10 million to show up at a birthday party — and he doesn’t have to sing. The King of Pop will earn the appearance money just for mingling with other guests at Prince Azim of Brunei’s 25th birthday party in England this weekend. “Absolutely no expense is being spared for [the prince’s] party,” a source told the Daily Mirror. “Michael Jackson is his all-time idol and he said he’d pay whatever it took to get him over.”
