Queen Latifah is 38-years-old and figures it’s time to settle down and start a family. The Chicago star announced in June her plans to bring a little one into her life by adopting a child - if she can survive the grueling process.

Latifah says, “I can understand why people go outside the U.S.[to adopt]. You can adopt someone here, and the birth parents have three years to come back and get that child. That’s terrifying.”

Now magazine says that she is so emotional and sleep-deprived that she is receiving medical treatment for stress.

“She’s in tears up to three times a day and so tired that Brad’s found her collapsed asleep in the bath twice. She’s been working around the clock, breast-feeding the babies and trying to get them to sleep. But as soon as one of them drops off, the other wakes up for another feed.”

LAX airport police responded to Terminal 4, where Phillips was screened by surly TSA agents looking for illegal nail clippers, baby formula, eye drops stuff and was found to be in possession of 4 baggies and balloons of heroin and cocaine.

Pop star Janet Jackson is launching her own line of lingerie. Named after her 1987 song, the Pleasure Principle line of lingerie will hit stores in November. After making its debut in the United States, the label will arrive in Australia, Japan and Europe.

Jackson, 42, said the collection would be lacy and sexy though not necessarily rip-able like her Super Bowl Bra which suffered a “wardrobe malfunction” when Justin Timberlake tore it off her chest four years ago.
