After spending two months on a quiet Caribbean holiday, the 25-year-old singer came back home and found herself being charged with assault after allegedly punching a fan at the posh End Of Summer Ball in London’s Berkeley Square last September. Sherene Flash claimed the “Back to Black” singer lashed out and hit her when she asked to take a photograph after the ball.
