It turns out the cop was accompanied by a TV crew for “Speeders” who were filming when the Prius was clocked doing 54 mph in a 35 mph zone and was pulled over.

Foster’s emotional reaction to getting a ticket is exactly what the show hopes for but the famous Foster refused to be a part of the reality show.
