Neither he or Rihanna showed up at last night’s Grammys even though both were nominated as well as scheduled to perform.

Brown turned himself in early Sunday evening after the two attended the 2009 Pre-Grammy Gala & Salute on Saturday when the incident happened. He was charged with one count felony criminal threats.
