Britney Spears stunned shoppers and clerks at a Betsey Johnson store in Sherman Oaks, California on Sunday when she stepped out of a fitting room completely naked. Spears and her creepy paparazzi boyfriend Adnan Ghalib dropped in to cause a scene the day before her crucial custody appearance. As shoppers watched, the pop tart grabbed a dress and took it to a fitting room. But when she came out, she wasn’t wearing the dress – or anything else.
