It’s Johnny Depp Only, No Kiera or Orlando in Next Pirate Film
According to a report from Cinema Blend there will be a 4th “Pirates of the Caribbean” film, with Johnny Depp and Geoffrey Rush in the lead roles as Captain Jack Sparrow and Captain Hector Barbossa. Orlando Bloom’s and Kiera Knightley’s characters will not be part of the story. There are also rumors that the film, to be directed again by Gore Verbinski, could have a science fiction slant.

Tommy Lee couldn’t hang with the drumline during his reality show stint in “Tommy Lee Goes to college” and he says the show made him look like a fool. So the professional drummer has decided to sue his manager for getting him into the TV gig in the first place. That’s part of a law suit filed today in which Lee and his Motley Crue mates say they’ve lost millions of dollars - and the band has lost its reputation because of “bad career moves”.
The Hollywood Reporter is reporting that four major cast members on Boston Legal are getting cut. The contracts for Julie Bowen, Mark Valley, Constance Zimmer and Rene Auberjonois have not been renewed. Instead, John Larroquette will join the cast as a regular in the lastest David E. Kelley production shake-up.
Alcoholic and soon-to-turn-21 Lindsay Lohan has reportedly cancelled plans for her big birthday bash in Vegas on July 2 at Pure Nightclub and will try and stay off the sauce. According to Us magazine, Hohan’s rep said, “We were confused why PURE was even still promoting it. But Lindsay will not be having the birthday party at PURE and is focusing on her recovery 100 percent.”
Oscar-winning actress Charlize Theron is being sued for wearing the wrong watch on the red carpet. Luxury watchmaker Raymond Weil hired Charlize to be the spokesmodel for their $7000 Shine watches in an endorsement deal reportedly worth an estimated $20 million (£10 million). But then Charlize showed up at a Texas film festival wearing a wristwatch by Dior. Oops.
David Hasselhoff won sole physical custody of his two daughters, Taylor-Ann, 17, and Hayley, 14, on Friday. The Baywatch actor left the courthouse smiling, saying it was “a beautiful day to go to the beach”. He added: “The judge said today, ‘Enough - enough is enough, these children have been through enough.”
Angelina Jolie, who hasn’t spoken to her actor father Jon Voight in years, is having a change of heart now that she has suffered through the recent death of her mother.
