Napoleon Dynamite star Jon Heder and his wife, Kirsten, are new parents. Their baby girl, Evan Jane Heder, was born a few weeks ago but the news is just now making the rounds. The baby is “safe and sound and healthy,” his rep tells People. The exact birth date was not revealed but 3 April 2007 is being tagged as the arrival date by his fans.

Paula Abdul fell down and broke her nose over the weekend. She said she was trying to avoid stepping on her Chihuahua. The troubled judge will appear on “American Idol” Tuesday and its season finale Wednesday, publicist David Brokaw said.
“She’s a little sore, but is doing fine,” he said, adding the dog was not hurt.

How ironic that “Prison Break” star Lane Garrison played an inmate on TV, and now he is actually going to serve time in prison - for real. The troubled actor plead guilty to vehicular manslaughter and two other alcohol-related charges for an accident last December in which he crashed his car and killed one of his teenage passengers. Garrison is expected to get up to 7 years in jail.

Good Charlotte star Madden kicked Richie to the kerb after an argument at the MTV Video Music Awards in Australia
“Joel was acting like a single man at the awards party and they openly argued. Nicole was in tears at one stage,” a source said.

British soul singer Amy Winehouse has married her fiancé in a secret ceremony in Florida, according to reports.
Amy tied the knot with Blake Fielder-Civil on Friday morning after being engaged for just one month.
The singer last week denied rumours that her wedding was imminent, saying the couple’s trip with six friends to Florida was just a holiday.

Sir Paul McCartney and Heather Mills have decided to end their fiery divorce battle for the sake of their three-year-old daughter.
The former Beatles star and his estranged wife have been locked in a much-publicised divorce since splitting up last year.

Hip Hop mogul Jay-Z has signed up Ciara has the new face of his female Rocawear clothing line.
The new ad campaign, called ‘I Will Not Lose’, features inspirational speeches from people who have overcome various obstacles, including one from Amy Steele who is editor of the Virginia Tech’s college newspaper.
Ciara says: “I love Rocawear. The clothes are so cute. The stuff is great. I am so happy to be able to do the campaign.”

R&B superstar Beyonce has blasted the size-zero trend, saying women should be proud of their curves.
The songstress, who lost 20 lbs for her role in the movie-musical ‘Dreamgirls’, says: “You should be thinking about building up your character and having fun, not how much you weigh.”
